This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults, 21 years or older, to receive 3 days and 2 nights accommodations in Las Vegas, Nevada. Your cost to redeem this certificate is just a $30.00 processing, postage and handling fee (paid with this certificate) to receive your reservation form to book your accommodations.

Accommodations are available year round, subject to availability. Reservations require at least 60 days advance notice. This certificate is for weekday travel only. If you would like to travel on holidays, weekends and without a 60 day advance notice, a small surcharge will apply.

Transportation to Las Vegas, meals, gratuities, and hotel room taxes of approximately $12.00 per night are the responsibility of the passengers traveling. This certificate can not be used for conventions or group travel.

To redeem this certificate please complete the information below and mail it along with your $30.00 processing, postage and handling fee. If you prefer, you may  register by fax or through the mail. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check and money order are accepted.

The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. Near the top of the certificate it will say “Compliments of”. When you place your order you will specify what you would like to have printed there; such as “Compliments of” your name, business name, web site address etc.

Your certificate has a Gold border. You may choose not to have a border. You also have the option of redesigning or creating your own certificate as long as all of the original language is present and not altered. Certificates with altered terms and/or language will not be honored or redeemed.
