VACATION CERTIFICATE
$39.95 Certificate Licensing Fee
The yearly licensing fee allows you the rights to print,
personalize,
design and distribute an unlimited number of
certificates.
CERTIFICATE DETAILS:
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form,
offering two adults, 21 years or older to four days and three
nights resort hotel accommodations in Jamaica at an
all-inclusive resort, including all meals and beverages.
At the time of booking your reservations a US $169.00
per person, double occupancy, is required for reservation and
processing fees, and is payable to the fulfillment travel center
that will book your reservations. Additional occupants may
travel for a surcharge.
Resort accommodations are available year
round, subject to availability and a minimum 60-day advance
notice. Reservation requests made less than 60 days in advance
of arrival may be accepted, on a space available basis, but are
subject to a $25 per person surcharge. January through April
reservations require a $29 per person peak season surcharge.
You are responsible for any resort charges incurred in
excess of those covered by this program relating to your
accommodations. Transportation, hotel taxes, gratuities,
activities off the resort, and other non-accommodation expenses
are the responsibility of the travelers.
Jamaica is a foreign
country and requires proof of citizenship in the form of a valid
photo ID (driver’s license) accompanied by a state certified
Birth Certificate or passport. Proof of identification is
subject to Governmental changes and is the responsibility of the
passengers traveling to verify current proof of identification
required with the proper Governmental authorities prior to
travel.
To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or
faxes it in with a $40.00 processing, postage and handling fee
to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their
certificate online. Simple redemption instructions are clearly
printed on each certificate.
CERTIFICATE DESIGN:
The certificate is the size of a standard 8
1/2 by 11 paper when printed. Near the top of
the certificate it will say “Compliments of”.
When you place your order you will specify what
you would like to have printed there; such as
“Compliments of” your name, business name,
web site address
etc.
Your certificate has a Gold border. You may choose not to
have a border. You also have the option of redesigning or
creating your own certificate as long as all of the original
language is present and not altered. Certificates with altered
terms and/or language will not be honored or redeemed.
